1. General Information The Science and Strength Project is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. By booking a session or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Educational & Fitness Disclaimer The content provided in lectures (including Heart and Brain sessions) and strength programming is for educational and informational purposes only. I am a strength coach and educator, not a medical doctor, nutritionist, or licensed healthcare provider. No information provided constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise regimen.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Sessions are priced between $30-$50 CAD.
  • Programs are priced between $125-$175 CAD
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via Calendly to secure your spot.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Processing Fees: Please note that Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be the total amount minus the transaction fee (~$2.00 CAD).
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend the session, are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session via Calendly up to 12 hours before the start time.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Personal Information: We collect your name and email to facilitate bookings and provide access to your Notion Client Portal.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: By using this site, you acknowledge that your data is processed through Google Workspace, Calendly, Stripe, Notion, and Zapier.
  • Communication: By booking, you consent to receive automated onboarding and session-related emails.

6. Conduct & Intellectual Property

  • All hand-drawn diagrams, lecture materials, and strength programs are the intellectual property of The Science and Strength Project. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior during live sessions will result in immediate removal without a refund.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
